Ethics Requirements

This work package sets out the ethics requirements that the project must comply with while carrying out research activities. These regard the protection of personal data collected through interviews and surveys. Given the nature of the project and the involvement of asylum seekers and refugees, minors included, a Research Ethics and Gender Task Board (REGBOARD) is appointed to monitor ethical issues.

Professor Emanuela Ceva from the University of Geneva serves as PROTECT’s Independent Ethics Adviser.
